Lip Balm Tube Filling Tray - 1/3 oz Paperboard Tubes - Custom Sizes

I wanted to ditch the plastic lip balm containers but the tedious task of filling each tube by hand was daunting!  Plus spilling the balm down the sides of the containers left greasy marks.  So we created these 3D printed lip balm trays!  They speed and simplify the process of filling paperboard tubes!  It also prevents the balm from staining the tubes with an interal "lip" that fits down inside the tube (see last photo).   PLEASE WATCH VIDEOS BEFORE ORDERING!
 
The tray holds 40 tubes and is 7.5" by 5.5".  
 
*Paperboard tubes can vary slightly in sizing.

We can also do larger sized trays, up to 100 holes.  
 
Designed to fit tubes with a diameter of 19.25 mm.Made with durable and recyclable PETG plastic, safe for temperatures up to 220F. Do not put in dishwasher!  To wash I use an electric kettle set to 200 and pour the water over the trays in a container.  Any excess product will wash off, and then use a microfiber cloth to wipe off any remaining oils.

This tray makes filling lip balm tubes easy and efficient. Just pour your lip balm mixture into the wells and let it cool.  Please note that the tubes fit snugly to prevent the liquid from leaking down the sides.
